Voiceplate LLC will reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of using Voiceplate website(s) at any time under Lawful Agreements. If the users do not consider the terms and conditions of VoicePlate LLC, and the proper use of website designs and developments located at www.voiceplate.com, then VoicePlate will not be responsible for any misuse of website(s) and/or content. In using Voiceplate for website design and developments, users must agree upon all terms and conditions outlined by Voiceplate. Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
Content:
Voiceplate LLC reserves the right to view any and all content published on any and all Voiceplate website(s). If any content is discriminating, racist, sexist or slanderous, the user(s) will be subject to lawful penalties. Voiceplate LLC will maintain dignity and integrity in regards to content displayed on any and all Voiceplate website(s). If a user breaks any law in the "State" in which they reside, said user will be charged according to the laws of that "State". For Example: If you are a user(s) in California, you will be charged under the Laws of the State of California. Voiceplate encourages users to promote positive business networks and/or personal achievements. The platform should be used to benefit business models and/or opportunities to build relationships with existing businesses, corporations, entrepreneurs and other individuals. Good business morals and ethics should be practiced at all times, by all users and on all websites throughout the duration as a Voiceplate user(s).
Agreements:
Voiceplate users must agree at all times to the terms of use throughout their utilization of Voiceplate website(s) and services. Using a Voiceplate website is the act of participating in the Voiceplate Business Network. Developing partnerships may occur during the time of participation. In this, both parties will agree upon the ‘Laws’ and ‘Regulations’ based upon the 'State' in which said business resides. Voiceplate LLC has the right to change the terms and conditions of using a Voiceplate website at any time. When Voiceplate terms and conditions change, business entities and individuals must conduct themselves under such agreements outlined by Voiceplate LLC at that time.
Conditions:
Voiceplate LLC will reserve the right to change the terms and/or conditions of conducting business while using a Voiceplate website. If a business entity and/or individual breaks the ‘Agreements’ of operating a Voiceplate website, said business and/or individual may be fined under the ‘Laws’ and ‘Regulations’ based upon the ‘State’ in which the business entity and/or individual reside(s). If the terms and/or agreements are broken outside the jurisdiction of the United States of America, the business entity(s) and/or individual(s) will be fined under ‘International Policy.' In the event of user(s) breaking agreement(s) and/or condition(s), VoicePlate LLC will not be responsible for any direct, indirect or other consequences that may occur as a result of breaking the aforementioned agreement(s) and/or condition(s).
